With Computer Power & Patch Management (CPPM), there is no longer a need to develop patches and updates. This service pushes pre-packaged patches and updates as they are released. It's just a matter of testing in your environment before releasing to your managed computers. CPPM offers customization, power management, and more.


The CPPM service is not accepting new departments as customers. Please direct any questions to:

Note: Only the Primary Administrator for your department has the access to modify membership for the CPPM Service

How to:

  1. Login to the following web page
  2. Type the uniquename of person you wish to add in the Add User Text Box and press the "Add User" button
  3. If you have any issues submitting the request please contact the Help Desk
  1. Login to the following web page
  2. Use the Remove User drop down box to select the user you wish to remove and press the "Remove User" button
  3. If you have any issues submitting the request please contact the Help Desk
  1. Login to the following web page
  2. Use the Change Primary to drop down box to select the user you wish to change the Primary Administrator to and press the "Change Primary" button
  3. If you have any issues submitting the request please contact the Help Desk
  1. You can order appropriate licenses for all workstations on the following page. (The standard license is the BigFix UMich Base Configuration license)
  2. Contact the CPPM Team and let them know about your order.
